ANNE BARSCHALL, Esq.

 

 

Anne's practice encompasses most areas of Intellectual Property, with a focus being on patent law in the Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Mechanical Devices arts.  

 

Anne has vast experience representing clients operating in the computer software, consumer electronics, electronic coding, data communications and processing, integrated circuits, industrial inspection, and medical devices.  Prior to joining FALATI, Anne was an attorney and a member of the large Intellectual Property legal team at Philips Electronics North America Corporation.  Prior to her senior position at Philips, she represented clients as outside IP legal counsel while working at the well known large IP law firm of Kenyon and Kenyon in Manhattan.  

 

Anne graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.  While at Columbia, she also participated in the prestigious International Fellows Program.  Prior to law school, Anne graduated with a BA in physics, magna cum laude, with distinction from Dartmouth College.  Anne is fluent in French, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
