As an independent attorney at FALATI, Alex represents and advises clients in relation to various matters concerning Intellectual Property. Alex is admitted to practice law in NY State and is a member of the Intellectual Property Section of the New York State Bar Association, as well as being also admitted as a Solicitor in the UK.

 

Alex graduated with a first-class LL.B in Law from the University of Liverpool, where he studied the Intellectual Property framework within the United Kingdom and European Union. He later earned a distinction in Professional Legal Practice,  and also holds a Diploma of Legal Medicine (Distinction), awarded by The Faculty of Forensic & Legal Medicine of the Royal College of Surgeons. Alex is admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales and works in Local Government in the U.K.

 

Alex draws upon his strong academic background, international experience, and diverse legal practice to assist clients at FALATI in relation to the drafting, filing and prosecution of trademark applications and provides legal counsel on matters of copyright and contract.
