EAMONN TRAINOR, Esq.

 

 

Eamonn Trainor is a highly experienced attorney, with over twenty years of experience representing clients in both the U.S. and the U.K.  He is licensed to practice law as an attorney in the United States and as a Solicitor in the United Kingdom.  His main focus and experience includes drafting, filing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications.  Mr. Trainor has also represented clients during Court proceedings and has significant experience providing written legal opinions on patent and trademark matters.

 

Before emigrating to the U.S., Eamonn worked as a Solicitor at a busy law firm in Belfast, Northern Ireland for nine years and was a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland.  As well being admitted to practice law in the UK, he is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and is also registered to practice as a Patent Attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. 

 

Eamonn graduated from Queens University, Belfast, Northern Ireland with an LLB degree in Law and from The Open University, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom with a B.S. degree in Information Technology and Computing.  He is conversant in Spanish, is an active member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and an active member of MENSA.
