NAOMI HAN, J.D., MBA

 

Naomi focuses her law practice on Trademark law, brand development, and Advertising law. 

 

She graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and was the recipient of the Governor’s Scholar Award for high academic achievement.  During her studies at UC Irvine, Naomi developed an interest in foreign travel and took the opportunity during her undergraduate program to study abroad in Switzerland, focusing on International Relations.

 

After receiving her degree, Naomi worked in the legal field for a year, prompting her to move to New York to attend Albany Law School.  Naomi graduated from Albany Law School with Honors in business law, and is admitted to the Bar in New York and in California.  As well as her law degree, Naomi earned her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Union Graduate College and has significant work experience including serving first as an Intern and then as a Field Representative for The Honorable Van Tran, California State Assembly.

 

At FALATI, although Naomi receives guidance from experienced attorneys at the firm, she works independently and her expertise is in drafting, filing, and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, and drafting and reviewing related contracts.
